The applicant needs to transfer the fee in the name of the student participating in the program to the bank account below. All remittance fees and any other fees for the wire transfer should be paid by the student and not deducted from the program fee. After you transfer the fee to the account, please email summer@sogang.ac.kr with a receipt. 


Refund Policy


- The application fee is not refundable.


- The tuition and dormitory fee may be partially refundable according to the refund policy.


- All refund requests must be made in writing. It will take about 3-4 weeks for students to receive the refund. In the case of all refunds, any postage and bank transaction charges involved will be deducted from the amount of the refund.


- If a student withdraws by June 19, which is a week before the start of the program, 80% of the tuition will be refunded. (Any commission fees or bank transaction charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund.) 


- 50% of the tuition fee will be refundable within the first week of the start of the program. (Any commission fees or bank transaction charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund.) 


- From the 2nd week, there will be no refund available. A written notice of withdrawal must be made to the office before the deadline in order to receive the refund. If a student does not appear in class during the first week, the student's admission will be cancelled and no refunds will be given. 


- After the program starts, cancelling one course out of two courses will not be allowed, and no refund available for this case.
