Ga-Young So teaches a seminar course on international trade and economic development at the Graduate School of International Studies at Sogang University. She is a research fellow at Korea Institute of Public Administration, Korea’s national think tank at the Prime Minister’s Office. Previously, she worked at International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland and Seoul National University Graduate School of Public Administration in Korea. Her academic interests include Sustainable Development Goals, Institutional Analysis and Narrowing the Policy-Implementation Gap. Education
