1. 목적: 국제학생 한국어 성적 등록(SAINT)

2. 주의사항

(1) 2014~2021학년도 입학생: TOPIK 성적 제출을 권고함.

(2) 2022~2024학년도 입학생: 졸업을 위해 반드시 TOPIK 성적을 제출해야 함.

3. 대상

(1) 재학생: 2022년 3월 이후에 TOPIK 성적을 취득한 학생

(2) 신입생(2024-1)

   (A) 제출하지 않아도 되는 학생: 입학을 신청할 때 이미 TOPIK 성적표를 제출한 학생, 영어트랙 입학생

   (B) 제출해야 하는 학생: 입학 허가를 받은 이후 새로운 TOPIK 성적이 갱신된 학생

4. 제출 기한

: 2024.3.4(월) ~ 2024.3.22(금) 3주 동안

5. 제출 형식

: 정식으로 발급된 성적표 사진 혹은 스캔본

* 인터넷 화면(점수표) 캡쳐본 인정 불가능

6. 제출 방법

(1) 이메일 제출: globaled@sogang.ac.kr + 이름, 학번, 학과를 표기해서 송부

(2) 방문 제출: 최양업관 206호(CY206) + 이름, 학번, 학과를 표기해서 제출

7. 자주 묻는 질문(Frequent Question)

(1) 저는 입학 때 이미 TOPIK 성적을 제출했습니다. 그래도 다시 제출해야 하나요?

       -> 아니요. 입학 때 제출한 것과 같은 TOPIK 성적표라면 제출하지 않아도 됩니다.

       그러나 새로운 TOPIK 성적표가 생겼다면 새 TOPIK 성적표를 제출해야 합니다.

(2) 저는 지난 학기에 이미 TOPIK 성적표를 제출했습니다. 그래도 다시 제출해야 하나요?

       -> 아니요. 지난 학기에 제출한 것과 같은 TOPIK 성적표라면 제출하지 않아도 됩니다.

       그러나 새로운 TOPIK 성적표가 생겼다면 새 TOPIK 성적표를 제출해야 합니다.

(3) 저는 편입생입니다. 편입생도 꼭 TOPIK 성적을 제출해야 하나요?

-> 네, 필수로 제출해야 합니다. 2022년도와 2023년도, 2024년도에 입학한 학생이라면 TOPIK 성적을 제출하시기를 바랍니다. 특히 학번이 2022 혹은 2023, 2024로 시작하는 학생들은 TOPIK 4급 이상 성적표 제출이 졸업 필수 요건이기 때문에, 반드시 성적표를 제출해야만 졸업할 수 있습니다.

(4) 저는 아직 TOPIK 성적이 없습니다. 언제까지 제출해야 하나요?

-> 국제학생교육센터에서는 매년 봄 학기에는 3월, 가을 학기에는 9월에 TOPIK 성적을 조사합니다. 이번 학기에 TOPIK 성적이 없어도 다음 학기에 제출할 수 있습니다.

* KAP200을 수강하는 학생의 경우: <국제학생 한국어교육 이수 및 학점인정에 관한 지침>에 따라, 네 번째 학기(2학년 2학기)가 끝나기 전에 제출해야 합니다.

* KAP200을 수강하지 않는 학생의 경우: <국제학생 졸업을 위한 언어능력 시행세칙>에 따라 마지막 학기(일반적으로 여덟 번째 학기, 즉 4학년 2학기)가 끝나기 전에 제출하면 됩니다. 그러나 TOPIK 성적이 졸업 자격 확인일보다 늦게 발표될 경우, 해당 학기에 졸업할 수 없기 때문에 학생들이 일곱 번째 학기(4학년 1학기) 때까지 제출하기를 권고합니다.

Submission of TOPIK transcripts

The Education Center for International Students is rounding up TOPIK scores to manage Sogang international students' Korean language scores.

1.    Purpose: Uploading and managing Korean grades on SAINT.

2.    Precautions

1)    Students enrolled in the 2014-2021 school year: it is recommended to submit TOPIK transcripts.

2)    Students enrolled in the 2022-2024 school year: TOPIK transcripts must be submitted for graduation.

3.    Who:

- Ongoing students: students who have obtained TOPIK transcripts after March 2022

          - Freshmen (2024-1):

A)    Students who do not need to submit TOPIK transcripts: students who have already submitted TOPIK transcripts when applying, English track students

B)    Students who must submit TOPIK transcripts: Students who have received new TOPIK transcripts after admission

4.    Deadline for submission:

2024.3.4 (Mon) – 2024.3.22 (Fri) 3 weeks

   Photo or scanned copy of officially issued transcripts

       *Internet screenshot (score table) cannot be accepted

      7. Frequently asked questions (Q&A)

     1) I have already submitted my TOPIK transcript during the admission. Do I still need to submit it?

à No, you do not need to submit the same TOPIK transcript you submitted at the time of admission.

    However, if you have a new TOPIK transcript, you have to submit it.

2) I have already submitted my TOPIK transcript last semester. Do I still need to submit it?

à No, if you have the same TOPIK transcript you submitted last semester, then you do not need to submit it again. However, if you have a new TOPIK transcript, you have to submit it.

     3) I am a transfer student. Do transfer students also have to submit TOPIK transcripts?

à Yes, it is mandatory to submit. If you are a student admitted in 2022 or 2023 or 2024 school year, please submit your TOPIK score. In particular, students whose student numbers start with 2022 or 2023 or 2024 must submit a TOPIK level 4 or higher transcript to graduate, as submission of a transcript is a prerequisite for graduation.

     4) I do not have my TOPIK transcript yet. When do I have to submit it?

à Education Center for International Students examines TOPIK transcripts twice a year, in March (spring semester) and in September (fall semester). Even if you do not have TOPIK transcripts this semester, you can submit them during the next semester.

*If you are a KAP200 student: according to the (<국제학생 한국어교육 이수 및 학점인정에 관한 지침>), TOPIK transcripts must be submitted before the end of the fourth semester (second semester of the second year).

*If you are not a KAP200 student: according to the (<국제학생 졸업을 위한 언어능력 시행세칙>), TOPIK transcripts must be submitted before the end of the last semester (generally the 8th semester, i.e. the second semester of the fourth year). However, if TOPIK transcripts are submitted later than the graduation eligibility confirmation date, then students will not be able to graduate in that semester, so we recommend that students submit their TOPIK transcripts by the 7th semester (the 1st semester of the 4th year).

2024-1国际学生TOPIK成绩单提交指南

1. 用途

 上传并管理国际学生的韩国语成绩 (SAINT)

2. 注意事项

(1) 2014~2021学年度新生: 建议提交TOPIK成绩。

(2) 2022~2024学年度新生: 毕业前必须提交TOPIK成绩。

3. 对象

(1) 在校生: 2022年3月以后取得TOPIK成绩的学生

(2) 新生(2024-1)

   (A) 不需要提交的学生:申请入学时已经提交TOPIK成绩单的学生

   (B) 需提交的学生:获得入学许可后更新TOPIK成绩的学生 

4. 提交期限

2024.3.4(周一) ~ 2024.3.22(周五) 3周期间

5. 提交形式

正式发放的成绩单照片或扫描本

* 不承认网络画面（分数表）截图

6. 提交方法

7. 常见问题 (Frequent Question)

(1) 入学的时候已经提交了TOPIK成绩。 那也要重新提交吗？

-> 不需要. 如果是和入学时提交的TOPIK成绩单相同的话,可以不提交

但是如果是新的TOPIK成绩单,就要提交新的TOPIK成绩单。

(2) 上学期已经交了TOPIK成绩单。 那也要重新提交吗？

-> 不需要. 如果是和入学时提交的TOPIK成绩单相同的话,可以不提交

但是如果是新的TOPIK成绩单,就要提交新的TOPIK成绩单。

(3) 我是插班生。 插班生也一定要提交TOPIK成绩吗？

-> 需要, 如果是2022, 2023年和2024年入学的学生,请提交TOPIK成绩。 特别是2022, 2023年和2024年入学的学生,提交TOPIK4级以上成绩单是毕业的必要条件,因此必须提交成绩单才能毕业。

(4) 我还没有TOPIK成绩。 什么时候前要提交到呢?

-> 国际学生教育中心每年春季学期3月、秋季学期9月进行TOPIK成绩收集。

即使这个学期没有TOPIK成绩,下学期也可以提交。

* KAP200的学生:根据《国际学生韩国语教育进修及学分认定相关指南》,必须在第四学期(2年级第2学期)结束前提交。

* 不是KAP200的学生:根据《国际学生毕业的语言能力实施细则》,在最后一学期(一般第八学期,即四年级第二学期)结束前提交即可。 但是,如果TOPIK成绩比毕业资格确认日晚公布,就不能在该学期毕业,因此建议学生们在第七学期(4年级第1学期)之前提交。
